Este Informe destaca los desarrollos dados desde el año 2012 en ciencia, tecnología, leyes, geopolítica y financiamiento que afectan a las personas que viven con el VIH o están en riesgo de contraerlo y sus coinfecciones. Las recomendaciones complementan y amplían las del informe 2012 de la Comisión: Riesgos, derechos y salud, que siguen siendo tan relevantes hoy como lo eran hace seis años.

On appeal, the Consitutional Court of Zimbabwe decided the only defence to prosecution is disclosure of known or potential HIV infection and suggested people with HIV can be discriminated against by the law if the reason is to protect public health.
