Organización de la incidencia política
La incidencia política implica organizarse para conseguir que un problema sea reconocido y recabar apoyos para su solución. Las respuestas nacionales al VIH suelen ser multisectoriales y requieren diferentes estilos de cabildeo por parte de distintos agentes. En todo el mundo, los activistas están recurriendo a una amplia variedad de técnicas para mejorar el modo en que se aplican las leyes dirigidas a las personas con el VIH y restringir o eliminar la criminalización del VIH.
